Merchandise must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

To return merchandise to Jazz Mi Taz please follow the steps below.

You may return or exchange any item except "Final Clearance"

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Please indicate, what you wish to exchange the piece for.

You will be credited / or charged the difference of returned merchandise. Or if an even exchange, no adjustments are necessary.

Be sure to include the merchandise item number, and price.

In case we need to contact you. It is very important to include your daytime phone number and email address.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the merchandise must not show signs of damage, due to wear, abuse or alteration.
